By submitting any media to Southern Scan, the customer agrees that Southern Scan is not liable for any damage to media caused by fire, loss, negligence, theft, or any other means. Southern Scan will not make any payments or provide any compensation for lost or damaged media.
Also, by submitting media to Southern Scan, the customer acknowledges that he/she owns the copyright to all media or has permission to reproduce the media from the copyright holder. Please include a copy of this release waiver with your order. Southern Scan will be held harmless from any and all expenses, costs, damages, and liabilities suffered in relation to any breach of your representations and warranties.
Southern Scan will never share a customer’s private information and media with anyone outside of its organization without written customer approval.
